Touch delivers projects with top-tier technical security. Since the digital landscape is ever-changing, any unauthorized modifications to Touch source codes or server settings void our technical warranty. At Touch, we protect our work to ensure your business continuity.

Your time is valuable, and so is the Touch team’s time. To ensure on-time delivery, Touch relies on your timely feedback. Prolonged delays may require Touch to reschedule the project within our current commitments to ensure every client receives our undivided attention.

Upon fulfillment of financial commitments to Touch, full ownership of the design and content is transferred to you. We take pride in our craft, and Touch reserves the right to showcase the project in our portfolio as a success story, unless otherwise officially requested.

These Touch terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. Our goal at Touch is always an amicable and professional resolution, with Syrian law serving as the final reference to protect both Touch and our clients’ rights.
